PT ICA through GKM Stratos, SS Super Jet Mill, and SS Stratejik successfully carved out the Platinum predicate, followed by GKM King, GKM Optima, and SS Safety Can Be Fun with the Gold predicate. PT ICA through GKM KING, for the first time, successfully won the Best Technology and Digital Innovation award.

GKM Stratos: Platinum (87.00) — 47% reduction in operational costs (IDR 1.99 billion)—from IDR 4.24 billion/year to IDR 2.25 billion/year—achieved over one year through the implementation of lean warehouse practices to reduce forklift operating hours at PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina’s product warehouse.

GKM KING: Gold (85.00) — A 24.9% reduction in Maintenance Department MTTR using ICA MoniPRO CMMS.

GKM Optima: Gold (84.31) — Decreasing the frequency of production flowrate drops due to caustic cleaning activities on the PFS Filter from 19 incidents to 0 through the PR-Line innovation at PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina.

SS Award Predicates

SS Super Jet Mill: Platinum (88.56) — Increasing H-31 production by 36% in the HG1 process by raising the grinding speed and raw material transfer.

SS Stratejik 2: Platinum (87.09) — Strategy to increase foreign exchange transaction efficiency from a single bank to a multi-bank approach.

SS Safety Can Be Fun: Gold (84.03) — Time efficiency in the workflow of recording employee health examinations and managing medicines and medical consumables at the PT ICA Clinic through the development of ICA SafetyGO.
